| VAT | Not a registered VAT vendor. No VAT is charged on any order, and we do not issue tax invoices. |
These are the terms on which 25SE (Pty) Ltd sells to you through 25se.net. Placing an order means you accept them. Nothing in them takes away any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 — where a term here conflicts with those Acts, the Act wins.
Printed cotton t-shirts, made to order. Each shirt is a blank garment printed with one of our own single-line designs after you order it. Designs, garment colours and the size range are shown on the shop page and are the full range — we do not hold stock of finished shirts.
Artwork shown on the site is a print proof rendered from the actual print file, not a photograph of a finished shirt. Screens vary, so colour on your monitor may differ slightly from the garment. Sizes are given as garment-flat measurements in centimetres with a 2 cm tolerance — measure a shirt you already own against the size guide rather than going by the letter.
The price you see at checkout is the price charged. If a price is displayed that is obviously wrong — an unintended figure that any reasonable person would recognise as an error — we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it. We will tell you if that happens.
Choose a design, colour, size and quantity, give your delivery details and pay. Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it by email — that email is your record of the order and carries your order number, what you bought, and your billing and delivery addresses. Keep it; you will need the order number for any query.
We may decline an order if the garment is unavailable, the delivery address is outside our courier's reach, or payment does not clear. If we decline after you have paid, you are refunded in full.
Payment is taken on the payment provider's own secure page, never on this site:
Both are South African providers and both are PCI DSS Level 1 compliant. Your card number, expiry and CVV are entered on their systems and are never seen by, transmitted to or stored by us. We receive only confirmation that payment succeeded, together with the order and delivery details you gave us.
Your shirt goes into print after payment clears and is couriered to the address you gave. Seven days is our outside figure for anywhere in South Africa; most orders are quicker. Full detail is on the delivery page.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes once payment has cleared in full.
You have seven days from delivery to cancel for any reason, and separate rights if something is wrong with the shirt. Both are set out in full on the returns, refunds and cancellations page, which forms part of these terms.
The 25°SE compass mark, the name, and every single-line design in the range are the property of 25SE (Pty) Ltd. Buying a shirt buys you the shirt. It does not give you any right to reproduce, print, resell or adapt the artwork, on garments or anywhere else. Bulk, club and custom work is welcome — ask us rather than copying.
We are responsible for supplying a shirt of good quality, fit for its ordinary purpose and free of defects, as the Consumer Protection Act requires. We cannot be held responsible for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, for delays caused by the courier, a strike, load shedding, weather or anything else outside our reasonable control, or for a shirt damaged by not being washed as the care instructions say. Nothing here limits our liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything a supplier may not lawfully exclude.
Wash inside out, cold, and hang to dry. Do not iron directly on the print. Treated this way the print will outlast the garment; treated otherwise it will not, and that is not a defect.
Email admin@25se.net with your order number and we will deal with it ourselves first — you are dealing with a person, not a call centre. If we cannot resolve it, you may take it to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud (cgso.org.za) or the National Consumer Commission (thencc.gov.za) at no cost to you.
These terms are governed by South African law and the courts of South Africa have jurisdiction. If any part of them is found unenforceable, the rest still stands. We may change these terms; the version published when you place your order is the version that applies to it, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.
