What delivery costs, how long it takes and where we send.

Anywhere in South Africa, to a street address. We do not deliver outside South Africa at present. We cannot deliver to a Post Office box — the courier needs somewhere a person can sign.

Delivery is charged once per order, not per item, so ordering several designs together costs the same R69 as ordering one. The cost is shown before you pay and is included in the total you are charged. There are no handling fees, surcharges or extras added afterwards.
We hold no stock of finished shirts. Your garment is printed after your payment clears, and then couriered. In practice that is usually three to seven business days from order to door. Seven days is our outside figure for main centres.
Outlying, rural and farm addresses are on a longer courier cycle and can add two to three business days. If your address is one the courier reaches less often we will tell you rather than let you wonder.
Business days mean Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed over a weekend go into print on the Monday.
You get an email confirming your order as soon as payment goes through, with your order number and what you bought. When the parcel is collected we send you the courier's tracking number. If you have not had that within three business days, email admin@25se.net and we will find out where it is.
Please give a full street address, a suburb, a town and a postal code, and a phone number the courier can actually reach you on. This is the single biggest cause of a late parcel.
If an address is wrong or incomplete and the parcel comes back to us, we will contact you and resend it, but the second delivery has to be paid for again. If nobody is there and the courier cannot leave the parcel, they will usually try once more or leave a card; after that it returns to us and the same applies. Tell us before the parcel is collected if you need the address changed and there is no charge.
Check the parcel before you sign if you can. If it arrives damaged, photograph it and email us the same day — that is covered in full under returns and refunds, at our cost. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
